I will guide you in restoring your health and balance within your body , exploring the underlying causes of your symptoms together with you. Each treatment is individual – a silent dialogue between my hands and your body.

Osteoenergetics is a holistic form of bodywork in which I consider the body as a whole and treat the physical source of your symptoms.
I combine elements of craniosacral therapy, osteopathy and energy work with the intention of bringing you into a pleasant balance and activating your natural self-healing powers .
When I have the impulse, I intuitively add my voice to further support it with the frequencies of my voice.
Your body shows me what it needs right now. I respond to this gently and precisely, bringing it back to its natural state of balance.
Furthermore, we will discuss what your body actually means and where you can give yourself more space after our session, or check something else, in order to become or stay healthy.
Everything you bring and everything that emerges when we work together is welcome.
